To initiate, American Culture values their safety as is evidenced by the judicial system. The constitution of the United States guarantees, “Freedom of speech. Freedom of religion. Freedom of the press. Freedom of assembly” (US Constitution). These freedoms, guaranteed to the American people, are a defining point of American life and culture. However, there are still limitations legally placed upon these freedoms such as: the gun laws, drug policy, and immigration laws.
