Everyone is wondering if they know anyone affected, if the people inside and around the towers are okay, and how someone could be so careless and not focus on the plane enough to keep it away from the towers… up until the second plane tears down the south tower at 9:03 a.m. Now people know something is wrong. Flights are cancelled, buildings are evacuated, and this is ruled as an “apparent terrorist attack.” The third plane, flight 77, crashes into the Pentagon. At this point, nearly everyone in America has knowledge of the attacks. They don't know if another will come, and they don't know where it will hit. So many are already dead, but that's not where the destruction ends. At 10:05 a.m., the south tower collapses. The ruins plummet into the street below, and smoke, debris, and …show more content…

Eventually Jason went home, and watched the news all night long. He says there are a couple of things he will never forget about that day. The planes crashing into the towers, the towers going down, people crying, screaming, and running around in terror, the look on President Bush’s face when he found out what was going on, and the sense of anger at how he know the world was going to change because of these horrible
