My backyard all around is pretty plain and ordinary as well as the neighboring backyards I’ve observed so far. There are fences along the sides of the ‘walls’ covering up each corner that is necessary. And weeds growing here and there but that’s about it. We live in the city so wildlife isn’t exactly city-friendly. A few stray cats will stop along the way wondering and in search of food. Squirrels and chipmunks hop along as well picking up acorns that fall from the ginormous tree that towers over our side of the yard. Birds just sit atop the branches looking down on and in the yard and we don’t have a bird feeder or house so they’ll just perch atop and sing in a much higher pitch than regular birds simply because they are urban birds.
To begin with, finding a water source isn’t all that difficult. In a typical backyard hoses are always at the ready and installed along with the house. The hoses along with the rain in season are used as irrigation for the plants in growing and in harvesting. Indeed it’s rare but a few backyards I came across had the luxury of a built-in pool, underground working its way up. All other families’ pools will consist of blow-up and collapsible pools that can be put up and taken down at any time.
For the next part, I added a mini greenhouse, it’s just a smaller version of the huge greenhouses that can store and fit acres of plants and people can go in out from. Greenhouses are any forms of a building, room, or area, usually made of glass, in which the temperature is
