In my opinion I believe that the evidence from the witness is the strongest argument because they told hand on experiences and experiences that they went through themselves. From no breaks to injuries. From no talking to no school. And there were so many bad injuries and death that was talked about by the witnesses.

I believe that Patty is the most believable witness because he went through multiple bad situations. He became disabled from working and now his wife has to work. He explained that men and children would have terrible injuries like lost hands and lost limbs because of the steel mill. But I also believe that Emma Woodhouse is a very believable witness because she was a child worker and described it as hell. She explained that there was no singing no talking no breaks nothing.
