As you guys know Melbourne is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and last year I had the opportunity to visit it as my brother lives there. Now I have traveled through the USA, Canada & UK and still, I find Melbourne is the greatest. If I went on to write about what was that great about Melbourne then I guess I should start thinking about writing a book but I can provide you with a bit of an insight when I got an opportunity to explore CBD ( term used for Downtown in Australia ) on my own while waiting for my brother to finish work.
As it was around 9 in the morning and Melbourne being famous for its café culture so started my exploration for a nice café to start with. Soon, I found my way to Queen Victoria Market it is the Queen of all markets. Exciting mix of cultures and ethnicities of Melbourne can be discovered here, with a variety of foods and a great place for breakfast or lunch, and chances are you'll likely be able to grab yourself a meal from some far-reaching country for an entirely reasonable price that makes for a nice change of pace from the typical "dine-in cafe" experience that is most popular in Melbourne.
One thing that really surprised me was that there were not many tourists there which truly means local Melbournians love the market but I can guess that might be because as it’s a great place to pick up fresh fruit and groceries which you can stock up on if you are planning to stay in the city for several days. The only downside I felt was that, due to its popularity it was very busy there and you even want to explore it then you'll have to be comfortable fighting crowds. In the end I was surprised that someone who was there just for a breakfast was so lost into such a wonderful atmosphere of market that I end up spending 4 hours there but it was totally worth it.
Now, I was only left with less than 2 hours to meet my brother so I decided to go to The Royal Botanical Gardens. These are a picturesque haven
