The world is moving away from self-contained national economies toward an interdependent, integrated global economic system. And this is called ‘Globalization’. With the trend of the globalization, the “multinational corporation” is not an unfamiliar term anymore. This kind of corporation is registered in more than one country or that has operations in more than one country. It is a large corporation which both produces and sells goods or services in various countries. Because it concerns to different countries in the same corporation, cultural difference is a matter of thing which can not be ignored.
