Should we get rid of summer? Should Florida go to a year round schooling schedule? No because, it will make it difficult to manage time for other activities and it is hard to finish tasks that are already started. Although it is hard to finish tasks and manage time for other activities, it gives students a break when they need one. So is a year round schooling schedule really necessary? First of all, it is difficult to manage time for other activities. It is hard for students to be doing after school activities such as sports.     It may sound logical but Dr Von Hippel has debunked this myth after completing an experiment. He states, “Students in “year-round” schools don't learn more than their peers in traditional nine-month schools...
