I have two main activities that support my well-being: basketball, and a water drinking app. First, my family goes the gym three times a week, and whenever I go there, I play basketball. Basketball has helped me improve my strength, cardio, and speed a lot. Second, I have an app that tells me how much water I need per day. It is called plant nanny, and has helped to improve my inner health, so I am more fit. I usually take deep breaths or read a book to calm down or relieve stress. Deep breathing helps me to calm down and to manage my emotions, because it gives me time to think about what I do next. Another great remedy is to read. Reading helps me escape my stress by giving me time to be whisked away into another world. For me, reading is the better manager of my emotions. I usually read if I have a book, Otherwise I close my eyes, think, and take deep breaths. Those are some of the ways that I manage my stress and emotions, so I act in a better
