It has been said that Kool-Aid makes the world go round because you can drink Kool-Aid with any meal of the day, but what makes a great relaxation on a hot summer day is a Kool-Aid popsicle. However, without the proper tools and directions, the great American popsicle is nothing more than an envelope of unsweetened powder. There are several simple steps that you have to follow in order to create a Kool-Aid popsicle to remember.
Picking the right packet of flavoring is the first step in making a Kool-Aid popsicle. Check the grocer's store for a wide variety, ranging from many different flavors as; Mountain Berry Punch to Tropical Blue Hawaiian. If it is a difficult decision, knock yourself out and buy two to three flavors so you can have different popsicle choices to choose from.
After choosing the flavor, the second step is making sure that your kitchen houses some necessary equipment for making the Kool-Aid popsicle. Find a two-quart pitcher, toothpicks, a long-handled wooden spoon, press N’ Seal Saran Wrap , measuring cups, a water faucet with drinkable water, sugar, an ice cube tray, and a freezer with plenty of space. Then, you are ready to get started. Warning: this project can get a little messy, so make sure to set out a lot of paper towels.
Third, place the pitcher under the water faucet and slowly turn on the cold water. After the pitcher is filled within a few inches from the top, turn the water off and get prepared to stir. Grab the edge of the Kool-Aid packet between your thumb and index finger. With your other hand, begin peeling the corner until the entire top of the envelope is removed. Next, dump the contents Kool-Aid package into the pitcher filled with water. Then, take the measuring cup and scoop five cups of sugar into the pitcher, the more cups of sugar the sweeter the outcome. With the wooden spoon start stirring the liquid in a clockwise motion until all of the powder and sugar is dissolved. Taste it for
