Anxiety and Stress are two very common psychological conditions affecting millions of people globally. Anxiety can be described as a feeling of relentless uneasiness and fear over the outcome of a future event. It is an individual's natural way of reacting, coping and preparing oneself for dealing with the probable negative happenings, dangers or misfortunes. Stress is the feeling of mounting pressure due to a feeling of incapability of handling emotional or mental pressure emanating from work, relationships, family issues etc.

Mug Wort Valerian Chamomile St. Johns Wort Skull Cap Making a tea with these herbs is easy, just take a pinch of each and place in a small piece of coffee filter or clean piece of muslin and tie shut with a string. Next, steep the herb packet in 8 ounces of hot water for five minutes. For longer relief, Herbal sleep capsules work great for calming down anxiety symptoms. They usually last for 6 - 8 hours which is a good long time, and my most favorite is a proprietary herbal formula called Twilight Moon which I found on Ebay. You might be asking if these capsules will make you sleepy. Sleep formulas are supposed to make a person sleep, but not if you are dealing with moderate anxiety symptoms. Anxiety generally super charges the whole body mostly a certain part of the brain that produces a fear response, the amygala.
