PREFACE

This thesis was written to provide a comprehensive analysis on the topics contained for the use of students and teachers of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. This thesis concentrated on the Online Customer Relationship and Service Management System for Net Essentials.

The First part of this research paper contains the internal and external analysis of the company. It also includes the company's current belonging, its background, organization chart and structure, value chain and the SWOT analysis.

The system proposal can be found in the Second part. It includes the functions, features, problem addressed, cost benefits projection, projection selection criteria, and the scoring model used in selecting project proposal.

The last part contains the user interface design, scope, limitations, quantitative and qualitative benefits and other detailed items that support the proposed system.
