A report: a health food restaurant
A report: Health food restaurant in Toledo
Introduction
The aim of this report is to outline one of the health food restaurants in Toledo. Some information was collected during a meeting with some of my former workmates.
Where the restaurant is
The Parador is 4 km from the centre of Toledo, located on Emperador Hill on the Cobisa Road. Although the restaurant is indicated by traffic signs, the majority of travellers report that they needed to ask for information because of the difficulty to arrive.
The décor and the atmosphere
The building is spectacular and you can visit the World Heritage City from the function rooms, terrace and guest rooms. In general, customers rate the Parador very highly. As regards halls and dining rooms, most customers think that they are warm and cosy offering gorgeous views of the Imperial City.
The quality and variety of the food
Toledo’s tables are privileged to have inherited age-old recipes from Romans, Arabs, Jews, religious orders and shepherds. It is generally agreed that stews in traditional recipes are preferred to other dishes. However, many people would choose fame dishes as well, including quail and partridge, hare and rabbit, deer and wild boar. It seems that you can eat whatever you prefer among a big selection of dishes. Furthermore you can taste some fish, mainly cod and other salted ones. We suggest asking for Marzipan, the universal sweet for both Christmas and every day.
The staff and the service
The Parador is provided with all the facilities as needed to satisfy the customers. Most of them are surprised by the staff serving them in traditional costumes. However, it is generally thought that the waiting is too long. Besides, most diners complain about the booking and the opening times. We believe it would be preferable to have more staff available to deal both serving and booking. What is more, a significant majority of people vastly preferred extending the opening times until 23:30.
Conclusion
Overall,

He was very disappointed that evening because of the difficulties he encountered at this restaurant. Although he does not usually complain, a week later and the bad experience…

After visiting these five restaurants I found that in general the service was satisfactory, although some restaurants were providing higher quality service than others. For example, Q-doba’s and Giovanni’s operations were focused primarily on speed of service rather than customer experience. While Wild Ginger and Backyards Bistro were focused on delivering an overall dining experience which included not only good food but a certain ambiance with waiters to take your order and a hostess to seat you; this was much different from the assembly line speed with which Giovanni’s or Q-doba’s operate. Mr. Wraps, adheres to neither of these operational approaches it is primarily a take-out place with a sporty ambiance and quick service. Observing each of these restaurants it became clear that speedy service and a good product were not the only important qualities to satisfying a customer. In general it was important to the customer, me, that the employee be personable, genuinely interested in making my experience a…

Walking into a fast food joint, one expects to be met by a sweet aroma of the delicious foods that are quite appealing. Considering they are supposed to serve customers as fast as they can while at the same time maintaining quality service. Upon entering a fast food restaurant, one would expect to have a view of the whole place in a glance, with counters just around the bend for customers to make their purchase. One would also expect to find people around helping customers make fast purchases as well as clearing tables for people to eat. Without such quality, a fast food restaurant cannot be up to par. Burger King is the fast food restaurant I visited a few days ago, and fortunately did not disappoint my expectations; rather, I was surprised by their smooth, fast service and tasty foods as well as the restaurant itself.…

For my ethnography project, I will choose to study the life of a restaurant located a couple of blocks from my apartment. The name of the restaurant will be anonymous, so I will just refer to it as “Restaurant X,” in addition, I will call the employees in this project by other names to protect their privacy. The main purpose of this ethnography is to compare the norms of the employees when the manager is present at Restaurant X and when he or she is absent. Norms are the behavior within a society or a group.…
