I am sick of unethical business practices....

Let me tell you the story of yesterday, but we will start at Friday.

Friday I filled out a bad credit auto loan application at cars.com

They are basically an affiliate site, that submits your application so car dealers in your area, although I thought they specialized in bad credit, but I do not think they actually do.

Well about an hour after I fill out the form, I get a call from Suzuki of Nashville. The woman, Amanda tells me I have been approved for a $0 down $99/mo special they are running, and she also tells me "we are not a buy here pay here place", she also told me that by making payments on time, it would help my credit. So I tell her I may have to work 8 hours the next day(Sat), but it will probably be six hours, so I will be out at 5pm. She tells me to come into the dealership by 7:15pm.

So after I get off the phone with her, I get another call from Suzuki of Nashville, and the guy tells me that I will need a co-signer. Well, I tell him that I had already talked to another person(Amanda), and that she told me I was approved, he persisted that I would need a co-signer. Well I tried calling Amanda back to ask her about it, but she was "unavailable".

The next day comes, I get out of work, have a buddy who gives me a ride, come to the house and wait while I take a shower, then me and the o lady go down to the dealership via a ride from the buddy. I tried calling Amanda again, but she was again not at her desk, and the lady that answered gave me a cell phone number to call her with, but surprise surprise she did not answer.

We go down to the dealership, and tell them we are there to see Amanda. She is not available(HAHA), so some other person did our paperwork, and he comes back from the credit department, and says you need a co-signer.

Well needless to say, I went off on the guy about unethical business practices to get us down there, and I would file a complaint with the bbb, which I

    Buying My First Car

The week before, I had been furiously searching Craigslist and Jeep Forum classifieds looking for a Jeep, particularly a Cherokee with low miles, little to no rust, and the right price, between the years 1997 and 1999. With the tight guidelines that I had for the car, it made it hard to find one. However, acquiring a Cherokee was only the first part; I had many plans once I had one of my own, plans to lift it and put some big mud tires on it, along with some other jeep essentials. My friend had his lifted Cherokee for a few months, and I had wanted one just like it for quite a while. After calling up multiple private sellers and used car dealerships, I had found one not far from me. A used car dealership had three Cherokees, all with low miles, and relatively fair prices. My dad and I decided to go check them out, with the hopes of being able to talk the salesman down a few hundred dollars. After driving a half hour or so, we arrive at the dealership, and there, parked in the front three spots were the jeeps. We made our way over and I was instantly checking them all out, making sure that I kept my cool. The salesman comes out, a big guy who looks like he could be on steroids, and he and my dad started talking. Instantly, like any used car salesman, he goes right into telling us about how awesome these Jeeps are, that they’re in perfect condition. We had narrowed down the three jeeps to one, and naturally we wanted to take it to a local mechanic. Most people would have no problem with this, but this guy did. After he refused to let us take it to our mechanic, we were turned off. In addition, he had given us a price…
