Gunter caretaker , because Gunter was trying to solve the turnover problem , he put plans to solve this problem by focusing on activities not individuals , he thought if he made term contracts and promised benefits , this will solve the situation, but the employees felt this was coercive , so the outcome was unintended. Hospitality literature Nurturer , they saw the turnover as a chronic problem , they tried to minimize the debilitating effects by focusing on behaviors and capabilities, on the individuals and investing in them like streamline training and simplifying jobs , but the outcome wasnt achieved , they couldnt solve the turnover problem , it was unintended . The consultant Interpreter , the consultant tried to think differently to solve the turnover problem , he focused on the behaviors and capabilities of the employees, he suggested looking into what actually happened when good people left, where did they go and what did they do at last, he knew it , he neutralized the problem by dealing with it as if it is not a problem , but he turned it into a strength point by attracting good calibers who were willing to develop themselves quickly and gaining good experiences in the green mountain resort before moving to another companies , which makes a good opportunity for promotion for the other employees .. so at last he didnt solve the turnover problem but at the same time ,he neutralized it .. the outcome was partially intended .
