Anglo-Saxons warriors (from Germany) were hired to protect Britons from Celts and preserve Roman way of life.
Anglo-Saxon liked the land, sop they invaded too.
Some Britons fled to Scotland and Wales but others remained.
By 441, Anglo-Saxon tribes formed the new power in Britain. called "the first Englishmen"
