Brief description of Temperament
Temperament can be said to be the manner of thinking, behaving, or reacting characteristic of a specific person.
In knowing and understanding your inborn temperament as well as the inborn temperaments of your colleagues, you can improve your life by making the right career choices and/or maintaining a healthy inter-personal relationship at the work place.
It also puts you in a better position to deal with them, enhancing good inter-personal relationship and ultimately leading to an increase in work output.
