There are four factors that can make our presentations become interesting. The first and most important factor is delivery. In order to get attentions from audiences, we need to deliver our presentations in an attractive way. We can use body language, eye contact, voice, gesture, the wow factor, and technology. If we do all these kind of activities, the audiences would probably pay attention to the whole of our presentations. The second factor is content. In the content of our presentations, we must present “Data3H”, that is high quality of data and sources, high quantity of data, and the information that help to achieve aims, so the audiences would know the reason why we make these presentations. The third factor is structure; order of how you present. Our presentations must be well organised and we must use segmentation theory. We should use the rule of three; introduction, body, and conclusion. While giving a presentation, we should be narrative; present like telling a story. The fourth factor that affects our presentations is design. We should avoid using document, slideument, notes, and 177 slide, because it would distract the audiences.
In presentation, we can avoid common mistakes in slide design by using clear and simple slide, image quality with 800x600 pixel, font size bigger than 46. We should avoid using unnecessary jargon, photo with visible watermarks, and do not put a box in front of the photo.
We can use the 4A’s the rule to improve our presentations. The A1 is Accessibility, we should use dyslexic friendly fonts, use colour blind friendly, and do not write all words in capital. The A2 is
