For the week of November 27th‚ the reading that I had the greatest reaction to was the piece “For the White Person Who Wants to Know How to Be My Friend” by Pat Parker. I liked this piece because it draws necessary attention to some of the many things that white people say to blacks that they may not realize are not appropriate.
