He used an extreme amount of his energy with the thunder bolt. The cloud Lux came in on was slowly sinking down on the city. When it began to touch the tops of the ruined buildings, Lux stood up and kept moving. Men were coming down the alleys searching for him. Lux knew he was low on energy, there was nothing more he could do. Quickly more enemies approached and he decided that discretion was the better part of valor. So he ran. After losing his enemies in the fog he started to look for any trace of power, but the area around him had been cut off from the grid. I’m getting too many of these around Nox.” He yanked on the whip pulling the girl off balance and drank in the electricity, until she knocked his feet out from underneath him with her other whip forcing him to let go. As he rolled and stood up he caught another of her attacks. The sudden increase of power caused his hair to glow blue. Lux’s hover board launched out of his pack and into his hand. He knocked away an attack with it then rode it toward her. He dodged an attack by jumping over it but a second one caught the board while he was still in the air, smashing it in half. As he flew through the air he spun and kicked the girl in the chest. He landed with a role, ducking under an attack. Lux sprung up and went into hand to hand. Her armor made this hard however so he was forced to use precision strikes to gaps in the armor. All the time he was absorbing energy. His speed out did the heavily armored girl as she struggled to land a hit Lux became stronger and stronger. As his power grew his bright blue glowing highlights grew until electricity arced across his whole body. Finally he had enough power, so Lux kicked off her chest strait in the air. When he landed all the street lights for a block lit up and a wave of electricity flowed across the ground throwing his enemy back into the wall of a nearby building. “Like I said, it's still enough…” Lux said as he walked off.
