Planeta Solitario Analysis
The production of Planeta Solitario, by Diego Miguel Gomez, produced by SCRAP in the Experimental Theatre at the University of New Mexico, directed by Dan Rogers, which was set in a small room where the only two characters interacted. It explored the life and the love story of these two characters. One of the performances that caught my attention was the one of Anelisa Montoya in the role of Alicia.
In this scene, the character of Alicia was awakened by the character of Pablo, who was having a nightmare. Alicia turned on the light and she started to calm Pablo. First, she sat looking at Pablo’s eyes and then she put her left hand over his shoulder and her right hand in his chest. She began to make Pablo calm his breathing. Alicia guided him

Diego Rivera’s artwork Puesta de sol 15 (Sunset 15) created in 1959 is a two dimensional painting created by using oil and tempera on cardboard, and is a prime piece that exemplifies my theme of nature through the seasons. This entire art project itself works together as a whole to create my theme, and Sunset 15 works to exemplify nature during the summer season. Sunsets are something typical of the summer season, and while Rivera’s take on a sunset is interesting, and uniquely different, we still get the point of how nature is envisioned during the summer months with the hot summer sun and its intense rays of light. The water is also an aspect of nature of and of summer time that exemplify the theme trying to be conveyed with this artwork.…

In Mark Twain’s Letters from Earth after a brief introduction by Twain, the story shifts to the letters written by Satan to his friends in heaven. In the first letter, Satan—who has been banished to Earth for one thousand “Earth days”— goes on to say that the people, the other animals, the earth itself are all insane. Nature itself is insane. This first letter is a very blunt statement on human arrogance and hypocrisy. He says goes on to explain his declaration over the course of the next ten letters.…

Y tu mama tambien by Alfonso Cuaron is the movie evaluated in the next paragraphs. The movie is starred by Gael Garcia Bernal, Diego Luna, and the Spanish Maribel Verdu. The movie starts with the typical two best friends Julio (Garcia Bernal) and Tenoch (Luna) whose girlfriends are about to depart for summer vacations. As they leave the airport, after their take off they continue to their own world of irreverence and over stimulated hormones. So despite of their promise of the loyalty sworn to their women, they go on to look for other girls to spend the night. After many attempts they get nothing, but then they meet Luisa (Verdu). Julio and Tenoch then invite Luisa to a virgin beach off the Pacific Ocean (which they actually made up). So that is how the long road trip starts, where friendship, innocence, and sexuality go into a sentimental melee. It is here where our protagonists realize that lies hurt, but sometimes the truth hurts even more.…

This term used for the first in 1912 by a man known to be Patrick Marshall of New Zealand. The andesite line is located in the Pacific Ocean basin where it stands as the most significant geological region as once again its unique characteristic of having both mafic basaltic volcanic rocks and felsic andesitic volcanic rocks on its margin.
