Customer service...well, I kind of think it's a dying art. Hardly anywhere I go, do I see people who really know what it means to "serve" their customers. Or, maybe they know, but just don't care. Though I suppose it shouldn't, this often surprises me. In fact, it surprises me so much so, that when I am served well, I typically make a point to tell the "server" how appreciative I am that s/he took the time to really help me, or took the extra step to
