1. PHILIPPINE FASHION SQURE:
Based on the United Kingdom based think tank Center for Economics and Business Research, the Philippines is expected to become one of the world’s 30 biggest economies by 2028 with its strong macroeconomic fundamentals. Yet, in this report fashion haven’t seen a big contributor in the development of the business rate in the Philippines. Though the Philippines Fashion is not the big asset in the Philippines’ business industry, different Filipino designers show their competence in the global scene, as different personas in the Hollywood and other countries patronage their works.
The problem is that the Philippine Fashion is having a difficult situation since the country has is lack of facilities and very outdated when it comes to technology. Therefore, designers from the Philippines cannot showcase their skills and crafts and so, the Philippines haven’t yet marked its identity on the global scale unlike on those countries that have shown their dent through fashion. With this situation, this calls for an action to ensure the support and continues development of our image as a nation through fashion.
The Filipino fashion on the global scene is continuously growing, yet its development moves slowly. But with right facilities and place for showcasing their crafts, the Filipino designers would have a chance to develop and mark the identity of Filipino fashion nationally and globally. Therefore, this proposal aims to provide the infrastructure needs of Filipino fashion and provide a center that would act as an ambassador in promoting Philippine Fashion universally.
This proposal will help them since it will provide conducive spaces for designers/students, and facilities where in they can showcase their designs and facilities where in they can cater clients from international locations to promote the Philippine brand. Specifically, this Fashion square will house Fashion-related facilities like studios, fashion houses, Fashion school, modeling studios, exhibit areas, runway hall, research center for textile and the newest technology used which is 3D design printing. It will also provide shopping areas, salons, and other wellness facilities that would open the center not only to those fashion inclined persons but also to the public.

2. Philippine Recycle Hub: Transforming Place into a Place
The Philippines produces about 10 million tons of solid waste per year and only 12% of the waste is recycled and re-used. The single most dominant issue for solid waste management is the inadequacy of disposal facilities. Presently, open dumping is still the most common waste disposal method as controlled dumpsites and sanitary landfills are very limited.
The opportunities presented by this serious environmental problem to suppliers of solid waste management products and equipment is enormous. The potential, however, is tempered by inadequate funds and technical capability, lack of political will and other problems. Despite the limitations, the market for SWM is still expected to grow five percent in the next three years. With this statement, this calls for a place that would cater the need for a waste disposal and would create a place for recycling them in order to generate funds and income.
The garbage in the Philippines is one of the country’s biggest problems. Flooding and health issues came occur more often than the past years. Yet, garbage has its good effect on the other citizen because it is their source of income by collecting them and recycled it to create a new product to maximize the use of a certain thing.
This proposal aims to solve the problem in waste disposal in the Philippines by creting a hub for recycling. Architecturally, this proposal will transform a location/ a space for garbage into a place where it will be visited by public. The recycle hub is a factory like structure wherein public can go in specified zone in the structure and would make it a dynamic exhibition on transforming garbage into something new and productive. In short, this proposal aims to create structure that would pulls people in, instead of keeping them out of the vicinity by providing parks and facilities for different activity.

3. DISASTER MITIGATION AND MANAGEMENT CENTER
For the past years, several calamities have been past the country of the Philippines. And every calamity, thousands of casualties are left by aftermath. Most of the casualties are caused by typhoons and floods, and other calamity is earthquake since Philippines is in the ring of fire. Some of the casualties is also cause by man, like fire and other incidents. These problems are very hard for the official to solve most especially to the city that has large boundaries.
These calamities are inevitable yet casualties can be minimized through mitigation and preparedness. The problem is that there are no facilities for the Filipino to learn on how to deal with these types of calamities. With this problems, this proposal aim to give a learning facilities for the people to face the disaster that may occur in the later years.
Architecturally, this proposal will help the Filipino as it gives the amenities for them to learn and be prepared in the future calamity that may occur. A conducive place for the Filipino in learning the different ways of surviving, by creating an actual model or scene in a disaster. In short this aims to design a research and training facilities for improving the knowledge and awareness of people on the disaster; a facilities to exercise the people to survive a calamity.
