First of all a successful politician should never lose his temper, never make an important decision when he is angry. He should weigh the pros and cons, then make up his mind.
Then when something is decided it’s necessary to stay on a course and never waver it. As well as this it’s always helpful to see the other side simultaneously.
There’s a natural tendency for the media to focus on perceived personality because this is a way of describing and labelling individuals.
