My 9th grade post score was 18 because 5 push-ups wasn’t that good and I just wanted to get a better score and my goal was 20 but I got rally close to it. My 10th grade baseline was 34 because in the beginning of 10th grade I started to rally pracice my push-ups skills becaue I knew that could do better than 18 push-ups. I went down on my post test score because my arms were sore from the 12 minute swim and my arms were getting tired. My 9th grade baseline and post scores for the sit & reach was 8”inches because even though I wasn’t flexible I tried to keep the have the same score for both times. My 10th grade baselline score 8” becasue I wanted to kepp the same score as my 9th grade year and also because I did not think that I could do better. My post test score was 9 and this is because I worked on my flexibility on my own and I wanted to see if I could get a better
