The report consists of critical analysis of interpersonal dynamics that arise in a newly formed team. The report dwells on important issues that arise while working in a newly formed team with diverse members of different cultural and educational backgrounds. Many of the issues emphasize importance to manage diversity and how the success of a team's launch depends on members' notions of self as well as group.

The report presents a detailed analysis of issues that arise between two students of HBS and the founders of Music Games International (MGI) while working together as a team. Within a short time frame, seven diverse people team up to write up a business plan for MGI and struggle to settle conflict, define their roles and make decisions together. Conflict builds as the team generates a range of plans about how to position and market their product, but has trouble deciding on which alternatives to pursue. With less than three weeks left for business plan submission, Henry Tam, the HBS student struggles with how to fix the problems that have long stalled the team's progress.
After analysing plausible alternatives, for future course of action, it is recommended to establish leadership, group processes
