Abigail the Witch
What do you think of when you hear the word despicable? Maybe you think of terrible and disgusting things that nobody would ever do. Whilst definitely not being the most admirable, Abigail Williams is the most despicable character in the play because she tries to get a woman executed to prove a point to John Proctor.
She is the total embodiment of despicable and everything that it relates to. First of all, the way she acts is totally irrational and immature for a girl her age.
