Dear Centerview Hospital Board,
I am writing this message to shine light on an employee of yours, Sabrina Gibson, a fellow, trusted and hard-worker employee who has been at the hospital for many years now. It has come to my attention and to yours I am sure, about Sabrina’s diagnosis with Diabetes. It has not been very long since she has been diagnosed but her disability has reflected through her work ethic, which has since then taken a step backwards. I have been made aware of her behavior and certain actions to specify- that reflects that of a diabetic patient that is going through mood swings due to the disease, which, according to certain statutes of Employment Law, is treated as a disability and must not be taken lightly and treated accordingly. According to the Employment Laws and their reasonable Accommodation of Disability; according to this, it is sometimes difficult to cipher what a disability includes, since it is difficult for a board to decide what is and is not. According to the Elements of a Claim, Failure to Reasonably Accommodate Disability, it I clear that Centerview is violating these terms if no actions is taken. From evaluating Sabrina, it is clear she is undergoing physical and mental restraints- inflicting in her everyday work. If this is held true, Centerview would be facing not only a negative reputation but losses of funds and accreditation as a hospital, especially if nobody properly addresses Sabrina about all that is going on and her condition and options moving
