Purpose of assessment
The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the candidate’s competency under the SOP and Personal Grooming guidelines of the SATS organizational policies and procedures.
The candidate needs to show sufficient evidence throughout the stated assessment methods that he or she has the necessary skills and knowledge. The assessment would then be one of the supporting tools to justify new career development paths in terms of promotion if deemed competent.
Context of assessment
Checklist list will be used to ensure the Assessment Plan emphasizes the process of collecting evidence and making judgment whether or not the required competency has been achieved, and the principle of assessment will be addressed in the conduct of the assessment,
