On my way, I read my bible. I read about Jacob's death and the time of mourning. Egyptians mourned a looong time and I thought the African time till funerals was long. :) After some shopping, we went to Living Life Cafe for lunch. It is a cute restaurant. Some of the dinning area is set up like a house. There is also tables out in the garden area. We set outside at one of the tables. I ordered an African dish. It was a chicken and mayo pancake and a spinage and feta pancake. African pancakes are like crapes. Their American style “pancakes” are called flapjacks. After we finished eating, we went to the Motovilovs to practice for the nursing home. After practicing, we went to the nursing home and had our little service. Erika and I sang “Because He Lives. The kids had songs and instrumentals. Next I played the piano for our group to sing “What a Friend We have in Jesus.” Finally Aunt Hessy gave a devotional. After the service, we handed out cookies. Then after we were done socializing with those in the community room, we went door to door, gave out cookies, and sang with the people. At the one room the lady told us that it made their day happy that we were there, because they don't usually get visitors. I then asked her if she knew Jesus. She said she did and that He helped her. She said that when she had pain and she called out to God and told him that it was more then she can handle that God would touch her. It was exciting to here how much she excited about how good God is. She wanted me to tell her a Bible story, because she said that they don't get people to do that for them. I told her a real quick version of Cain and Abel. We got stuck there talking to here while the rest finished at the other doors. We could have been their longer, but everyone was ready to leave. I think that she really enjoyed talking with us and it
