The element of vision for the Red Cross has the development of the objectives for certain social work campaigns to be accomplished. However, it is insignificant for the Red Cross to be involved with the leaders in the vision of the organisation but having the role in the articulation of the vision. The transformational leadership is found to be appropriate for the sustainability while reflecting the causes of support for the elderly (Ridder, et al., 2012). The transformative leadership is promoted in the selected international organisation for being the important element in its successful completion of campaigns. The leadership theory for the Red Cross can be compared with the Age UK because the leadership of the international organisation promotes the innovation and creativity with the involvement and participation of elderly people to make their life better. The transformational leadership has been considered in the Red Cross for not challenging the employees on significant levels. Based on these aspects, it can be said that the organisational structure of the Red Cross was developed for increasing the effectiveness and the consistency of the services (Lecy, et al., 2012). The efficiency of the workforce is not based on the priority for the Red Cross. It is noted that the transformative leadership considers the improvement in the leadership strategies or the ways through which they have implemented the leadership aspects. The capacity of leadership of the Age UK, on the other hand, revolves around the achievement of some targets while helping and supporting the elderly people. It can be said that the transformational leadership in the Red Cross challenges the concepts and structures of the management and the leadership to justify their strategies (Lecy, et al., 2012).
