Based on their movement, I was able to tell if they were nervous angry, confused, etc. Part of the actors would take time to practice and go over their mistakes before going on stage. Every time Jessica would mess up, or she was given feedback, she would separate herself from the group and focus on staying in character and improve her performance. Jessica's two roles were Hope and Glory. I think that aside from all the actors, in my eyes, I think Jessica had the most growth and struggle. She has a busy life and I saw how sometimes she struggle to connect with her characters. At some point, she did not perform her best in one scene and she let it affect her other performance. I saw this moment to learn from her, it taught me that sometimes there is going to be bad performances but you can't let it affect the rest of the show. And if you, you have to shake it off and not let the bad vibes ruin the next show date. The day after her bad performance, Jessica did a beautiful job with the next show. It was covered on mountains of snow, with a small porch and two doors. In every transition, snow would fall and the same music play to indicate the same time but different people. In every scene, there was the sound of an owl, and at the climax or each story, the Northern green lights would appear in the background. If the scene was taken place outside, the costumes included winter jackets, boots, hats, and warm pants. In the scene Sad and Glad, This Hurts, and Getting It Back, the costumes pertain to warm clothes but not heavy jackets and boots. More like jeans, t-shirts, and leggings. Since they are supposed to be regular people from a small town, their makeup was kept natural and nothing too exaggerated.
