Brandon also leads by example. He is very good with customers and ensures their needs are met. He is also a very hard worker and often stays far past his shift ends to ensure the tasks are completed and the customers’ needs are met. As one of his employees, I greatly respect his work ethic and dedication to the job. Personally, I feel Brandon trusts and appreciates the work I do. He offers praise when necessary and guidance when posed with a question. I am a more experienced associate within the department and he seems to treat me more as an equal, compared to a subordinate.
