Analyzing The Hershey's Code Of Conduct
From viewing the codes of conduct for each business, I noticed that they contained similar rules and regulations. Some of the rules that they all have in common is to have integrity, be honest, support the environment, and to be aware of the government laws. These businesses also have many differences as well.
For the first business, the Hershey Company mainly focuses on their commitment with their employees, consumers, marketplace, stockholders, and the global company. This code of conduct contains good information and it also demonstrates their concern for their consumers. However, I found that there was no need to include the commitment to stockholders, and instead, it should be included in the other commitments that were discussed.
Next, I found the code of conduct for Kraft Foods Group to demonstrate their concern for their company and customers. I liked that their first rule is to make food that is clean and edible. This shows that they have a high interest in doing everything for the trust of their buyers. Many customers and consumers are likely to invest more in a company that continues to keep their promises.
Lastly, the Coca Cola Company’s code of conduct was simple and concise. I liked that they summarized their main objectives for their code of conduct,

In my opinion, the Kraft Foods Group code of conduct was most memorable to me because it demonstrated a higher concern for their consumers and customers. If I were to create a code of conduct, I would refer to the Kraft Foods Group since they include the aspects that are important and also inspirational to their consumers and viewers. The Hershey Company, the Kraft Foods Group, and the Coca Cola Company continue to pursue their code of conduct because they seek to educate their employees and viewers more about their company’s concern and
