Ancient Egypt Research Paper

The ancient Egyptians had a very surprising history.The Nile Valley had an impact on ancient Egyptians. Ancient Egyptians had many gods that go with their culture. The art of ancient Egyptians tells important things of the Egyptians. The life of ancient Egyptians played a huge part in our life.
The Nile was a river that help the Egyptians farm,cook, and clean around the house. The Nile provided natural forces such as protecting themselves and the Mediterranean sea for trade. Over flows did help but did not damage the land so the Egyptians use that for farming. They also made papyrus paper which was use to write hieroglyphics. Hieroglyphics were pictures that tell a story scribes would do this job. Government is the village chief which
ended up dividing the land into lower and upper egypt. Also there was a king that was named Narmer, he wore a crown that was red and white crown for both kingdom’s. The crown was past down to the next king this kept going for 31 dynasties. However Egypt had a similar but different system. First was unskilled workers, second was farmers and herder’s, third was trader’s, artisans,shopkeepers, and scribes, fourth was priest and nobles, fifth was the pharaoh the ruler. In Egypt’s old kingdom family life was different.
Although in Egypt mother’s had the decision of sending their children to school or for them to teach them. But some might have a hard time trying to make a decision on sending their children. Next is that the Egyptians did something to the dead and that was mummified there king after his death. In fact the egypt’s used berries and other stuff to make medicine and this can help the people of egypt. Another fact is that they built the pyramid it might have taken a few years but they managed to make them. Even though they made the great pyramid and they did it all by hand without the
wheel.
Ancient egyptians had a very different understanding of nature. Therefore they made stories and amulets. These amulets show a story like the one of an eye. This one shows Housh eye he lost. Most amulets brought good luck. Also the egyptians show no fear of the afterlife. As a result they made a book show the person that die’s the way for or to the next place to live. Also it was dangerous to get to the new world for the people who die, this book was called the book of the deads. Therefore this showed the other Egyptians not to fear the afterlife. This book would guide the dead person to their new home
There was an artifact that was from ancient egypt.
The artifact had a head dress and had it’s arm’s cross. It might tell something from the writing it had on it and that might say something it might be would be that it tells the birth of a new pharaoh to rule the land. It could have been a prayer that means something very important that shows the the new aravie of a child. It can mean that it is from a low class and shows that it was one of the lowest class there was in the civilization. Also that at the same time the headdress means that it was a high class but a low class. The text is some hieroglyphics it came also be a document. The dust in it’s feet might be some sand that it has on it’s
feet. To summarize the ancient Egyptians had the Nile valley, kings and many other people to help them for work, also they made very good artwork that inspired many others work here. As we know the egyptians were very smart and resourceful because they had the Nile valley, which help them make papyrus which is a reed that can be made into paper and that helps them write. As a result they use it for growing crops also since it flooded which helped it grow faster. The people that write that were called scribes. Also that they had many gods that told people about the way they saw nature. Like there was a beatle that means the raising of the sun. There artwork was to show that they were skilled with clay and paint which then inspired many other peice of art that are widely know today.
