Violations of state animal neglect laws of a prosecutor can sometimes find an opportunity to charge a suspect with a felony. State laws that allow for felony charges in cases of extreme animal neglect. Animal neglect can make a fast process of permanent placement for the animals and shelter expenses for the care of traumatized animals. In any case that results in a suspended prosecution or deferral, the Court should be able to provide for the best interest for the animals involved to dismiss the case. The issues can be dog fighting, puppy mills, animal hoarding, farm animal welfare, horse slaughtering, cockfighting, dog fights, shooting, fighting, beating, mutilation, throwing, stabbing, burning or forcing an animal to make it do something. The most common one would be animal neglect. Animal neglect is the failure to provide the basic care required for an animal. Severe neglect can mean extended periods of extreme suffering resulting in permanent injury or death. A single large-scale neglect case can affect hundreds of animals, as in cases of hoarding, puppy mills, and farm neglect. These are the most common things of animal neglecting. Hoarding and puppy mills are about the same thing because animals or pets are kept and held in cages, boxes and their environment conditions are terrible. The only reason why people do this is to make money by keeping the animals or constantly breeding. Puppies are born and put in cages and are held there until they are sold if not they die from starvation, hydration, lack of care which will be known as puppy mills. Hoarding is when people accept pets for money are now their responsibility but they have plenty of animals that they don't even know how many animals are in their care.
