Every one was alike, wanted to do the same things, and completely lacked individuality. Sure, there are certain groups in scociety that are superificial. Beaty Pagents could be a good example. Everyone looks about the same with their sparkleing dresses and tons of make up. They are all walking and displaying their pretty smile. Perhaps the only think that really gives them individuality is talent contest. However, who is to say that her piano playing is better than the other girls dancing? With a few groups in society to the side, does that mean the rest of the world is unique? Does that mean that the rest of us live our lives completely original? Most everyone would answer no. What if, then, our world, and the way we live our lives are all superfical?
Driving down the street Kate passed a man walking his dog. He waved as she passed and her hand went up from the stirring wheel as she sang along to the radio. She didn't really pay attention to the songs, but she had heard them a thousand times before and the words just spilled from her
