Appropriate Argument Analysis
Ben Edringer and Matt Howell approached me, January 17, 2017, about a TL(Rick Carpenter) making inappropriate comments to a Remedy employee.
Some of the comments included:
“You’re in my top 5 of the plant.”
“I bet you are very pretty between your legs.”
This has made the Remedy employees uncomfortable and fearful that she could lose her job.
Matt has previously has had conversations with Rick about inappropriate comments(foul language), but this is this first he has heard about Rick making inappropriate sexual comments.
Matt also disclosed that Rick has a PIP(Performance Improvement Plan) in his file created by him and Robert Phillips.
