ARCHIE SMITH, BOY WONDER
“Archie, Archie, Archieee!”
While waking up his son Archie Smith, Mr. Quinn Smith was vigorously shaking and rumbling him. Leisurely he started to wake up.
“Goodness Dad,” Archie grumbled in a half asleep voice “why did you have to wake me up so early.”
“Maybe, it is because your first day of High School is today.”
“It is,” Archie said in a very questioning voice.
“Yes, so get up and get ready.”
As Archie rushed to get ready, he took a shower, brushed his teeth, washed his face, and dressed himself. His outfit included to be a University of Florida polo and Khakis. Also with a pair blue and orange Roshes on. When Archie made his way down stairs he asked his dad, “What time are we leaving?”
“6:45,” Mr. Smith replied “because school starts at 7:30.” The current time was 6:43, so Archie grabbed a protein shake and drank it. Archie Smith gathered his belongings, and went to the car. His dad also joined him. Mr. Smith started driving Archie to school. Once they had reached the High School of Squibbington, Mr. Smith parked in parking …show more content…
Mr. Smith nor Archie had anything to say. Archie and his dad had a moderately awkward relationship. The two did not talk very often. When the two had reached home. Archie went straight to the kitchen table and started doing his work. He pulled his math homework out of his backpack and grabbed a pencil from his backpack. The only homework that Archie had just so happened to be his most inadequate subject. It took Archie almost two full hours just to do twenty four problems on his geometry homework. By the time he was done with his geometry homework it was 5:00. Archie had nothing to do since he finished his only homework he decided that he wanted to watch TV. Walking over to the TV he grabbed the remote and turned it on. It just so happened to be his favorite movie of all time, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.
