Argumentative Essay: Is Football Dangerous?
Is football dangerous? Football is dangerous, and they have proved it. But should we not watch it, because it is dangerous? Do we have the right to ban football, or will it ever be banned? Does football have a too great of a hold on Americans, that we have to have it, like it’s an addiction we want it around, even though it’s dangerous, but is that even a right reason to have football, because we are addicted to it?
Football is very dangerous it causes CTE or chronic traumatic encephalopathy. It can be caused by a blow to the head. Football you get hit in the head a lot, even though you aren’t supposed to tackle with your head. But, you can’t enforce that stuff on every single play, players can’t always control their body, and accidents happen all the time, but now a days the CTE is rising in High School, College, and Pro levels.
In 2007, there was four direct deaths of males playing football, and 9 nine indirect deaths with males involved of football. So, the question is should we even be allowed to play football, if people can die?? From 1995 to 2008, 33 players have died from football. Players on turf are more likely to get muscle trauma. Their

They know that they can get hurt, but they are making an insane amount of money so them, it is a risk they are willing to take, a lot of them have never seen that much money in their lives, and it could be there’s it’s almost impossible to refuse them. They want to make a living that is how they make a living, it’s their job, and no one should be able to take that away from them. Whether football is immoral or moral is a difficult question. One that you can debate day and night, and not get anywhere, so it’s not our place whether or not to remove football, but it is our job to make it
