Argumentative Essay On Mary Maloney

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, with my final argument, I intend to prove to you that Mary Maloney is innocent. My reasoning being that she was not there during the crime, as Sam stated that she was at the store during the time of the crime. She could not hold, or even carry a murder weapon of that size and no murder weapon was ever found at the scene of the crime. There was no motive, she never had, nor would ever have a reason to kill her husband, because he supported her and their child.
Mrs. Maloney could not possibly be the one responsible for this heinous act. She simply was not there during the events. Claims from Sam, a cashier at the Food Market near her home, stated that Mary had been with him during the crime. He proclaimed that she had stopped by the store before the events, asking for food to cook for dinner for Patrick, and seemed quite calm as well. Our claimant's account of Mrs.Maloney being present at the Food Market before her ca ll to the police by the testimonies of others who live in the surrounding areas, who all state that they saw our defendant leisurely walking towards the store around a similar time.

Mary Maloney was a caring young lady who loved her husband. Mary has always been there and depended on Patrick, Patrick also loved Mary, he also cared about her. They had an happy relationship and a young little Angel coming up soon. If she was to be guilty what would be the point of committing murder. She would not have somebody to support her. Mary could not support herself and the baby because she did not have a job. She was a simple homemaker that would spend her cleaning, cooking, and waiting for her husband Mr. Patrick Maloney to get home from work. Mary Maloney would be quite and listen when Patrick would speak and be honest with her. Is this not enough to proof her innocence, You jury may explain how and why would she have done this, but you guys would not come with an
