Abstract
It takes to be leading political characteristics such as self-awareness, clarity of speech, keen intellect, and an ability to relate to people. The reason of Jack Ma management team can be a Harvard MBA case, because he always knows what to do next and confidence. As a capable leader, he can coordinate interpersonal relationships and pay attention to employee; let them development with enterprise.

‘Everything should be as simple as possible,’ Einstein once said, ‘and no simpler.’ Leadership is complex. Most people wish it wasn’t, but it is.
