Title: Computer-Based Employees Account Monitoring and Files Management System of HR Department for Bernardino General Hospital using document scanner
Objectives:
General Objectives: To develop and evaluate Computer-Based Employees Accounts Monitoring and Files Management System of HR Department for Bernardino General Hospital.

Specific Objectives: 1. To build a database managements system of soft copy documents. 2. To develop a monitoring system with account notification. 3. To build a a system that lessen the human errors. 4. To evaluate it performance in terms of: a. Reliability- The validity of data that can serve as information about the background of an employee b. Speed- can process information much more than humans. c. Efficiency- to accomplished it’s goal relative to the resource it use. d. Accuracy- provides the exactness and the correctness of required output. e. Security-protect the entire from unauthorized person.
Scope: This study covers the following: 1. Turning their flat file system into database management system using a document scanner to make a soft copy. 2. Computerization of the monitoring process where the staff can access the data and soft copy documents directly to the computer 3. Fast generating of meaningful summarized information.
Limitation: This study will not cover the following: 1. Limited file format to be uploaded into the system. 2. Cannot interact to the other system. 3. Generating reports where the information represented in a graph (bar, line, etc.) and charts.

The architecture that will be implemented to Riordan Manufacturing’s HRIS will be n-tiered client-server architecture. This encompasses three groups of computers: client(s), application server(s), and database server(s).
