Asda is the UK’s second largest retailing company. It is operating its business in good number countries. It has got a good brand image and customer loyalty. Now Asda wants to spread its business in South Asian countries also. It is now looking for some potential investors. It requires a complete combination of stages from idea generation to commercialization to start a business at mew place. It needs to study the culture of those countries at first. After studying the culture and having a complete command over those studies Asda can move to the second step. It needs to make plan of actions, design plans to grow and finally the way of harvesting. While doing this activity Asda may face several problems and challenges from different sources. It won’t be a problem for Asda because it is familiar with them. It can handle them in a strategic way as it done it before. Before making the final decision it needs to conduct enough feasibility, profitability and resource allocation studies based on principles of business. After starting the business Asda may also face several problems as well. It is not easy to match up with a new environment. Asda can study the reasons behind those problems and solve them accordingly. Some problems may be so delicate to find out solve.
