An organisation’s continous improvement processes can be communicated through company’s internal website, staff meeings, notice boards and emails.
Individual’s and team can be encouraged and supportes to embrace it through showing the benefits of it and the clear reason behind it. & also they need to be reminded of companies throughout this change.
They should be supported at all times and provided one on one coaching if needed.
