You have travelled in an English speaking country but when you are back you find an item of clothing was left in the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel for this matter. You should
1)describe the item of clothing
2)point where you might have left the item.
3)tell the manager what you want him/her to do if he/ she find out the item of clothing.

Dear manager,

I was one of your guest who live in the hotel last week. I am writing to you about a white coat , which I lost at room 43 on Saturday when I check out..

When I check out, I was in a hurry. I lost a white coat which was in wardrobe. The coat with a black diamond brooch which my grandma gave to me and this coat is one of my favorite dresses with brand barberry.

I would deeply appreciate it if you could find my coat for me and give me a prompt reply at your earliest convenience. The room I lived is number 43 on level 4, and I lived there from Monday to Saturday last week.

By the way, I shall pay all the costs incurred if you could arrange for it to be sent to me by EMS.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
