If you were McMahon Group, how would you present the findings of your study to the NCRCC board? Explain the rationale for your chosen method. In order to present the findings of the survey to the NCRCC board it would be important to present the data either at the club or at the McMahon Group headquarters. It would be important to compile the data professionally. This could be done with heavy weight glossy paper, in color, bound in a spiral presentation binder. By providing the NCRCC board members their own copies of the survey details, it allows them to reference the material in the future.

The original management dilemma, “how to attract new members to the club”, is still the main focus, and by adding facilities such as tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center, it would be able to reach a different demographic. The main issue with adding the facilities is cost. Making small minor adjustments can help improve the satisfactory rate of the club members, but large investments could prove to be too costly (Blazenko and Pavlov, 2009). It would be advisable for the club to not take out additional loans in order to finance the projects, but in order to attract new members based on the survey, the need for added facilities is justified. It would be advisable for the club to possibly consider a pool or facilities for children. This will attract the younger active adults that the club was initially targeting.
