Learner statement
When I came for interview to the collage to apply for the level 2 Child Care course. I was told having a placement in nursery.
It was an requirement before I could enrol.
To complete the course and to get experience I have chosen that nursery, because I think it is suitable for me, it is near from the place where I live, has a good reputation and offer a good learning for children, and the team there is kindly, friendly and feel like I worked there for long time.
The children that I will be working with is from age 0-5, which is a course requirement according to WAES website.

You can attach letter from college stating you were accepted on the course, the letter the college gave you for placement, confirmation of placement as evidence

During the interview for my course I was given a letter to take to the placement explaining the course I am doing and why I need the placement.
Then I started to search for the placement.
To find placement I went in person by searching various Nursery.
I went there in person to speak with manager about me and if possible doing a work placement that I have to do to finish it, that is required to do as a part of my Level 2 Child Care Course.
When I went there and explained things with the manager, she was able to fill in the information letter and signed and I was able to start the placement next week.
