A very good morning to the headmaster of SK Limbang, Mr. Hamdan Matusin, our PTA chairman, Hj Ali Ahmad, SK Limbang Alumni chairperson Mr Hasbi Salleh, teachers, parents and students of SK Limbang.
Thank you for inviting and giving me the opportunity to come back to my alma mater. You know, you can never forget the schools that you had studied in. SK Limbang is one of such schools. I was here for my primary education from 1980 until 1985. I can see so much improvement to the school's infrastructure.
In conjunction with SK Limbang's Entrepreneurship Day, I am pleased to note that there are many stalls and booths selling and showcasing a variety of traditional and innovative products. I managed to find some time to go around the venue and visit most of the stalls and booths.

When we were children, we were told by our parents that breakfast is an important meal and that it would set us up for the rest of the day. Now, I had done some research on this topic. I had found out the top 10 reasons why breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
The first benefit is breaking the fast. At night when we sleep, we did not eat anything. So, our stomach is fasting. A research I found from the internet
