As I told Dave, I am the oldest of 6 little people, my siblings. I helped my single parent mother raise Billy, Angel, Shakirah, Michael, Maykalya, and Victoria in Chicago, and as a result I had to grow up pretty quickly. I did not experience the delinquent teenager phase - maybe on one or two occasions but that is it. I started making money at 13 years old, and now I am looking to make a career at age 23 as a mortgage loan officer.…

I would say a counselor or psychologist would be a great first step. As we know the environment that an individual may be surrounded by may influence them and the person that they may become and sometimes professional help is the only alternative. Also, a person’s mental incapability’s or conditions may render them useless in certain conditions and depending on the circumstances they may offend in a violent manner.…

I do think that there are many activities I do are done with mindless thinking. While thinking about this portion of the reflection I actually found it somewhat difficult to go through my daily routine in my head because I do it on such an auto-pilot mode. For example, I try to do things in a scheduled manner every morning so I get ready and get going on time. I do the same things every morning with such repetition that my body had even gotten on an auto-pilot schedule. My body will automatically wake up at the time I normally get up even without an alarm. Even when I’m asked why I get up so early and why don’t I just skip certain things for a day, I rationalize it by saying that’s what I always do and it will mess up my schedule. Then I drive to work on the same road at the same time every day. I don’t even think about driving and suddenly I’m halfway there and I don’t remember the drive. A perfect of example of my mindlessness while being in vehicles is when I was a passenger in my friend’s car and there was a car accident right in front of us. I didn’t see it happen. I was in my own world out of repetition of driving down the same road. Thinking about it, I notice that I engage in mindless behavior quite…

Criticisms about daydreaming is that daydreamers are lazy and failed at mental discipline but according to Sigmund Freud, a known father to modern day psychoanalysis, regarded daydreamers as "infantile" in their thinking. He said that maybe daydreaming is the way for them to solve their problems and maybe that fantasy is a mix of their desire. Modern psychology says that if your mind wanders it means you’re giving it a workout. By having multiple thoughts you strengthen the mental workspace of your brain. The more mental work space you have to stronger your ability to mentally juggle task.…

When I am alone and bored I suddenly become unconscious when a series of things distract my thoughts. I may imagine about different things, what I plan to do in the future, think about what the outcome of my actions may be, and try to answer questions that randomly pop into my mind. Who hasn’t experienced daydreaming while the teacher is discussing Novels in class? I can’t help but make up stories in my head once I’ve started daydreaming. For instance, when I was too inattentive in class once, I began imagining of what the future holds for me. I started with college a serious matter which I'm excited yet nervous about. Excited because I can see the independency and new world that awaits me; however, the thought of what kind of people I will be surrounded with and who my friends are going to be with makes me nervous.…

To everyone it looks like I'm just staring into blank space, but really I could actually be planning a murder for all they know! Its usually when im bored or when im trying to do work. Its like its an escape from the reality of life with or without closing my eyes. Sometimes its random things that have popped into my head or it could be things I was thinking about all morning! It just varies! But it kind of makes me wonder, where do they come from? Is it imagination or what? Personally I think its a way for the mind to relax and take a few minutes break especially when I'm in school where the mind is constantly being tested.…
