Time and Attendance; Work Schedule; Punctuality
During this meeting we discussed my attendance and how it can impact the group. We also discussed the importance of taking care of my health as this was the reason I had been out. In addition we discussed the improvement in my punctuality and how it was currently no longer an issue. I appreciated your understanding of my health related issues, as well as your acknowledgement of my effort to improve my punctuality.
Also discussed at this meeting was the incident in which a lunch order was not canceled for a canceled class. I advised you that I was not the one who canceled that class, I was on vacation out of the country when this took place and therefore was unaware of the situation and should not be accountable for the lunch not being canceled. …show more content…
I asked for more information as to better understand where these complaints were steaming. When did you receive these complaints, approximate dates and times, which were complaining (SCE employees or customers), were these complaints related to scheduling, registration or both, and how many complaint you received.
